This means that if you are not satisfied with the product(s) delivered, Techonwire remains bound to offer you a full refund. We as a company believe in transparency; hence there are no hidden charges involved in the process. Whatever amount you had paid for the product will be returned, no questions asked.

It’s our priority to satisfy our valued customers, so if you are willing to claim a refund, it can be done in a few easy steps. You will need to fill out a refund form that our customer support representative will provide. They will address all the queries you might have about the process. Please note that filling up the form is a compulsory step, and if by any chance, Techonwire doesn’t find the answers to the questions, we reserve the right to deny the refund request. Our quality assurance team reviews the responses provided by you in the form to understand what made you ask for a refund, which assists us in improving the quality of our services.

Please note that your refund process will be catered only under the following circumstances:

  1. If, as a customer, you have a change of mind, you are permitted to cancel any said order – only before it’s dispatched. The procedure involves you sending us a supplementary email consisting of your order ID, PO number, and your account details. This process is free of cost.
  2. However, if your order is dispatched, it can only be returned after you’ve received it. It is required of you to ensure the product stays in its original packing and it is not opened, altered, or damaged in any way. We provide our customers with a timeline of 14 consecutive days to return the package. However, if the products are unpacked, we strongly recommend that you repack the parcel. In case you fail to do it, a 20% fee may be deducted from the original amount.
  3. The delivery timeline is approximate and may be subject to delays due to factors like local holidays or unsuitable weather conditions. So, in case you post a refund based on the delay, we will assess and report the reason before processing your refund request.
